Baseball isn’t just a game to me—it’s family, memories, and coming home ⚾️🧡✨
Growing up, my dad 👨🏿‍✈️ (Army stationed in SF) would take us to the old Candlestick Park to watch the Giants and 49ers play. Those memories? Pure magic 🪄
Fast forward ⏩ and I spent 14 years as a Team Mom 🏟️, cheering from the bleachers while my husband coached and our son played his heart out. Baseball taught me what it means to show up 💯, support your team 🤝🏾, and build something together.
Now? Any chance I get to come back to Oracle Park with my favorite person 💑🏾 and connect with amazing friends, I take it. Because life is about the relationships, the loyalty, and the memories you create along the way 🙌🏾

Healing happens when we get real, and today we did just that. 🤎

Honored to serve as an advisor for LAR YPN and stand alongside three powerful women who shared vulnerable, impactful stories—rooted in mental health, physical health, heart health, and lived experience. 🏋🏽‍♀️🧠❤️
Their honesty, wisdom, and willingness to pour into the room reminded me how important it is to be in the right rooms with the right people. What I didn’t expect were the mindfulness exercises they gently coached us through—simple, intentional moments that helped us breathe, reset, and release. It was so healing to be guided inward and feel grounded and connected, even while sitting in a room full of people. ✨🧘🏾‍♀️
It was also a special honor to gift my devotional “Who Said…” as the hostess gift and then learn one of our speakers had been praying for a new devotional—God is in every detail. 🙌🏾📖

We stayed local today and my heart is so full 🤎
My husband and I decided we don’t always have to go far to have a good time, so we spent our Saturday exploring right here in our own backyard. We met up with my daughter and her boyfriend in Turlock and learned they brag about their farmers market at college… now we see why! The Turlock Farmers Market was HUGE and so much fun to walk, taste, and explore together.
Then we made our way to in downtown Modesto — funny thing is, I was just there last night and still had to bring my husband back this afternoon for the kava 😄. As someone who doesn’t drink alcohol, The Alchemist speaks so true to my heart: I still get to enjoy an adult beverage, intentional vibes, and a great atmosphere without the alcohol.
Feeling so blessed to live in the Central Valley, where there is always something new to discover close to home. 🥹✨

A little more of me… 🤎

I’m in this almost-mid-40s season where life is shifting. My kids are both in college . I’ve dated my husband all over again, learned boundaries, self-published a devotional, and gotten clearer about what I want in life, business, love, and peace. 📖

And yes, perimenopause and these hormones are trying to take me out some days. 😩😂

But truly, I feel blessed. I’m looking at this next season with gratitude, faith, and less fear. 🙏🏾✨
