We will perform demolition and removal of storage sheds, dog houses, and other undesirable objects. Removal of Debris:
We collect all debris on the property, and personally haul it away and dispose of it. Securing pools and spas:
We will secure and drain swimming pools and hot tubs, and cover and padlock the pool gates. Painting of interior and exterior:
We will paint inside and outside of the property, as well as repair minor problems and replace doors etc. Removal of personal items:
We store all personal belongings in storage. When not required by law all other debris will be thrown away. Board-up all unsecured openings:
We will secure all windows, crawl spaces, doors, and other openings without causing damage to existing structures. Landscaping maintenance and Tree services:
This includes mowing, trimming, and trimming weeds, to leave property appearance neat. Clean out of interior debris and trash:
We will remove all trash and hazardous materials from the property. Chemicals, food, broken glass, etc.
