A new month means a new calendar full of fun at Fellowship Homes! From Banana Bingo and Farkle to Zumba, workouts, shopping trips, crafts, movies, and more, September is packed with plenty of ways to get out, have fun, and spend time with neighbors.

We’re especially looking forward to our Senior Carnival on September 25 — a day of fun, laughter, and memories right here in our courtyard! 🎪

🍽️ Whisk It Wednesday!

Something delicious is cooking this Wednesday! This Creamy Spinach & Parmesan Stuffed Salmon is warm, flavorful, and surprisingly simple to make.

You’ll need:
Salmon fillets, cream cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt & pepper.

To make it:
Mix softened cream cheese with chopped spinach, Parmesan, and garlic. Cut a small pocket into each salmon fillet, spoon in the filling, season, and bake at 400°F for about 15–20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.

It’s the kind of cozy dinner that looks a little fancy without requiring a whole lot of fuss. 💚
