The market is going crazy. If you are thinking about selling your home, now may be the time to put it on the market. Interest rates are still low, so there are a lot of buyers out there ready to make the move. California is on the verge of opening back up to allow more movement and open up places that people can go. While at home this last year with covid, it seems the home improvement places where busy and people were working on there homes and yards.
