The one that got away... until now! 🏠✨

I am so incredibly happy to announce that I have helped my buyers put 522 Lottie Avenue officially IN ESCROW!

This house has such a funny history for me. A year ago, I represented a different client who absolutely loved this home. We put in a strong fight, but we were ultimately beat out by the current owners and that buyer moved on. It was a tough loss back then!

Fast forward to 2025, and I find myself back at this beautiful Modesto property—but this time, we got the "Yes!"

It feels amazing to finally secure this home for my amazing buyers. Sometimes things come full circle in the real estate world, and I’m just grateful I finally get to hand over the keys to this specific address.

I just had the privilege of helping a first-time buyer close on their new home. 🏡
