I am so incredibly happy for my seller, who just closed on her beautiful home at 3901 Haverhill Ct. While saying goodbye to a home is never easy, she’s trading this view for something even better: being closer to her grandkids out of state! ✈️👵

The one that got away... until now! 🏠✨

I am so incredibly happy to announce that I have helped my buyers put 522 Lottie Avenue officially IN ESCROW!

This house has such a funny history for me. A year ago, I represented a different client who absolutely loved this home. We put in a strong fight, but we were ultimately beat out by the current owners and that buyer moved on. It was a tough loss back then!
