In California, many buyers qualify with as little as 3-3.5% down.

Here in the Central Valley, that could mean putting down around $15K-$20K instead of $100K+ depending on price point.

🏷 Average Sold Price: $504,000
🗓 Average Days on Market: 47 days

What does this mean?

Inventory is still moving, but homes are taking just over a month to sell. The gap between list price and sold price tells us buyers are negotiating and strategy matters more than ever.

If you’re a homeowner in Stanislaus County, pricing correctly and marketing aggressively is key.
