Hello KV residents, this is your weekly update. We will be holding the HOA monthly meeting this Monday, October 6th, starting at 6:30 at the clubhouse. All residents are invited to attend. If you’re interested in cooking for the Thanksgiving potluck, please reach out to the office for more details. Good morning KV residents. This is your weekly update. Please be on the lookout for the mailing of the required public notice for our water system. Also copies are available in the HOA office. The Sagyacge County Commodities will be on site this Thursday, September 18 from 1030 to 12:00. This includes the TEFAP and senior CSFP programs . We will be hosting dumpster days in the near future to help with the cleanup of trash on your properties. If you are interested in this program or helping with the cleanup, please reach out to the HOA office. Have a safe and wonderful week.

Good evening KV Residents. This is your weekly update. The HOA board will be holding the September monthly meeting on Monday the eighth at 6:30 PM at the KV clubhouse. All residents are invited to attend. The food pantry will be open Sunday, September 7 from 4 to 7 PM. The Saguache County Commodities will be onsite Thursday, September 18 from 10:30 to 12 PM. This will include the TEFAP and CSFP senior food programs. Please continue to be aware of any standing water or overly green grassy spots as these could be indicators of a water leak. If you discover either of these, please reach out to the office so that we may pass this on to our water team. If you have neighbors who are not receiving the Robo calls, please have them reach out to the office to update their contact information. This is a way for the HOA to distribute not only the weekly updates, but important information such as water shut off’s and repairs in the neighborhood. Have a safe and happy weekend!

Good Evening KV Residents. This is your weekly update. The office will be closed Monday, September 1st in observance of Labor Day. The office will reopen on Tuesday, September 2 at 11 AM. The food pantry will be open on Friday, August 29 from 4 to 7 for special hours. The next HOA board meeting will take place on Monday, September 8 at 6:30 PM. All residents are invited to attend. Thanks to everyone who was able to attend the annual meeting. We had a great turnout. Thanks to all of the volunteers that were able to help in preparing the mailing, the setting up and cleaning up after the party and preparing the food. We appreciate each and everyone of you! Good evening KV Residents. This is your weekly update. Please be aware that the mailings for the Annual Meeting are on their way. The meeting will take place on Sunday, August 24th at 10:00 AM. Please join the Board to hear the latest updates from the past year and the plans for the future. Lunch and the Annual fishing tournament will follow. Please feel free to bring a dish to share if you so choose. The Saguache County Commodities will be onsite Thursday, August 21st from 10:30 -12:00. Good Evening KV Community. This is your weekly update. The food pantry will be open this Sunday, July 27 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Please mark your calendars for the Annual Meeting and
Fishing Contest which will take place on Sunday, August 24th starting at 10:00 AM. Please be on the lookout for the mailing with all of the Annual Meeting information. If there are any questions regarding the meeting please feel free to reach out to the HOA office during regular business hours, which is Monday through Thursday from 9:00 -3:00 PM. Saguache County Road and Bridge will be in the neighborhood soon installing road signs. Please be safe and aware around the roads during this time. Have a safe and wonderful weekend!

Good Evening KV Community. This is your weekly update. Zebra will be hosting a yard sale at the Food Pantry this Saturday, July 19 starting at 9:00 AM.
The KV HOA is looking for enthusiastic and committed residents to join our Board of Directors. This is a great chance to contribute to the well-being and future of our neighborhood. To be a prospective board member, you must be a full-time owner and resident of the KV, have all HOA dues paid, and bring relevant business experience to help effectively manage our community's affairs. Step up and help lead our community! We are also hiring a new Water Operations and Compliance Technician. This person will be responsible for the daily operational integrity and regulatory compliance of our water system. This role requires a diligent individual who ensures the safe delivery of potable water, responds to emergencies, facilitates the maintenance of infrastructure, and accurately reports critical data to the ORC so that they may report to the CDPHE, all while managing resources effectively and maintaining thorough documentation. The Board will be taking letters of intent for both of these positions at the clubhouse through Wednesday, July 23 by end of business day. Good Evening K V Community. This is your weekly update. The monthly Board meeting will be this Monday, July 14th at 3:00 PM. All lot owners are invited to attend. The food pantry will be open Sunday, July 13th from 4-7 P M. Please be aware that the outdoor watering restrictions are for limiting the continuous use of water, such as sprinklers, and is only a temporary measure as we try to discover the various leaks around the neighborhood. We are not limiting watering gardens or livestock. This is for the protection of our public water system infrastructure as we try to move forward with long overdue repairs. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to the KV HOA office. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we navigate these issues. This is your reminder that the Saguache County Commodities which includes T E F A P and C S F P Senior Food Programs will be onsite near the Clubhouse, this Thursday, July 10. Distribution will be from 10:30 until noon. Please remember to bring a picture ID and proof of residency in the County. Have a good day ahead .
