🏡 BUYERS… ARE YOU PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT’S HAPPENING IN THE HOUSING MARKET?! 👀

Pending home sales are DOWN 7.3% nationally, and according to Redfin, there were 58.3% MORE SELLERS THAN BUYERS in the Portland metro in September!

So what does that mean for YOU?

It could mean OPPORTUNITY! 🙌

🏡 More homes to choose from

💰 More negotiating power on purchase prices

🔑 Potential seller-paid closing costs

📉 Opportunities to negotiate mortgage rate buydowns

🛠️ More room to negotiate repairs and other terms

While some buyers are sitting on the sidelines, others may have an opportunity to negotiate a deal that wasn’t possible a year or two ago!

Does that mean every seller is desperate or every home is a bargain? Absolutely not.

But if you’ve been waiting for the right opportunity to purchase a home, THIS is why we should be having a conversation!

You might be surprised at what we can negotiate in today’s market.

📲 Thinking about buying? Let’s talk about your goals, your budget, and how we can make this market work in YOUR favor!
