First-time home buyers and a transaction that took some real problem-solving

Originally listed as-is, we were still able to negotiate thousands of dollars in repairs to make the home safe and comfortable for my buyers right at move-in.

Riverfront charm doesn't last too long. This doesn't surprise me one bit to be pending after just a few short days on the market. With our plan in place, tasks were diligently done to perfectly prepare their long-time family home for the market. The prep work helped make it clear for a potential buyer to see themselves being able to move in right away. Multiple offers reviewed and we are now on our way to the next steps.
