Cahec Management is looking to hire a Maintenance man/ Handyman . We manage three properties in Moncks Corner. Total of 80 apartments. Monday- Friday 8- 4:30 You would be on call for emergencies only. Must have your own transportation, SC license. We run background checks and a drug screen. Job consists of light electrical, plumbing, painting, all around handy man. Must be dependable. Contact [email protected] or call 843-899-6820 Monday or Wednesdays. Pay starts at $20.00 to $25.00 depending on experience.

Cahec Management currently has a maintenance position available. We have properties in Moncks Corner and Summerville. You would need a SC drivers license. You also need to be skilled in basic plumbing, light electrical, Sheetrock repairs , popcorn ceiling repairs. Painting, make ready vacant units. As well as general handy man skills.
