Every year, teachers and school staff spend hundreds—sometimes thousands—of dollars out of their own pockets to make sure their students have the items they need. This year, we want to help!

Beginning now through July 27, 2026, local teachers and school staff can register their Class or Amazon Wish Lists, and our office and community will come together to help fulfill them before students returns for the new school year.

Whether you purchase one item or an entire wish list, every donation will make a difference in the life of teachers, staff and students. ❤️

Meet our founding agent - Jennifer Lusk 🤎

Born and raised in the Lowcountry, Jennifer Lusk brings over 20 years of real estate experience to Modern + Main Realty. She is Military Relocation Professional–certified and deeply knowledgeable about the communities she serves - not just from years in the industry, but from a lifetime of calling this place home.

To know Jennifer is to love her. She is exceptionally dedicated, hardworking, and known for leading with honesty and integrity in every area of her life — especially in real estate. Her clients trust her because she shows up, follows through, and always puts people first.
