CLOSED 🎉

Some closings are extra special, & this is one of them! 🥹 I had the pleasure of helping this sweet family with a piece of land a few years ago, & now I’m so happy to have helped them find their way to their new home!

This beautiful brick ranch sits on 2.8 acres in a peaceful country setting, with plenty of room to spread out, a spacious walk-out basement, updated baths, & an additional ADU on the property! So much to love & so many possibilities 🏡

I’m so thankful you trusted me again to be part of such an exciting chapter! Wishing you all many happy years, wonderful memories, & lots of love in your new home ❤️

Congratulations, y’all! Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey again!
