Just wanted to let you know that it is sunny and brisk today and the lake is now over it's temporary drought!

There appears to be a boom in construction again around the lake area, despite interest rates, and there are now about 40 properties under $1M instead of 40 properties total on the water.

Sometimes Mother Nature really knows how to make you feel like a "loser" when it comes to property management and maintenance...

She makes you feel like you've lost the battle or that you just don't care, when nothing could be further from the truth!

This year our Smith Mountain Lake "Rainy Season" was relentless, and the north side of our home took the brunt of it! I just couldn't keep up, so it was time to "call in the professionals"!!
