So I can’t decide how I feel about this main photo on a new listing I saw today . My first thought was ‘What in the world with the smiley face bushes’ 😳 BUT it did make me click on the listing and check it out so what do you think??? Corny or Clever?? This house is in the Southwest MO area and I intend no disrespect to the owners or the listing agent… it might very well be the thing that gets them a buyer.

One of the things I love about being a realtor is seeing homes that have been lovingly cared for and restored while maintaining the charm and character of the home. I was SO impressed with the attention to detail that was done to maintain as much of the beautiful features of this home. The refinished hardwood floors 😍 the antique stove, the hardware and bathroom fixtures. If that wasnt enough for you, there is the most adorable and cozy apartment attached to the house.
