- Everything must be family friendly including language, products, and events.
- This page is to remain a POSITIVE resource to the community. Please read the about this group section if you have any questions about the true intentions of this group.
- This page is maintained by Karen Langford Associate Broker. Please do not advertise other Real Estate agents services on Hereford Zone Real Estate page.
- Non Profit organizations, fire departments, community organizations, civic organizations, etc are encouraged to post their events weekly. Please use this page as a resource to help boost your fundraising efforts and to draw larger crowds to your events.
- Businesses such as restaurants, local shops, local artists, farmers, stores, markets, etc. are more than welcomed to post on the page 1 time per week but please keep it to 1 time per week.
- "independent consultants", energy providers, diet coaches, etc. can post 2 times per month.
- The stores, businesses, civic organization posts, and the events posted are to be something that would be of interest to people living in and around Baltimore County, Harford County, and Carroll County.
- Multiple posts could be deleted. This is simply because some people would dominat the top of the list and push the community events out of site.
- Please post events that are happening in the area. When posting Please try to provide as much information as you can about the event including who, what, when, where, and why.
- Please feel free to post information about your yard sale event, but this is not a site to sell items. Other sites are more suitable for posting items that you may want to sell. Items listed for sale will be deleted.
- If you are having a town hall meeting, a special municipal meeting, etc please feel free to post it as long as it is a public event. Please do not post specific candidate endorsements or anti-candidate posts
- If you have an issue with your health please contact a doctor. If you need legal advice please contact an attorney. If you see someone breaking the law please contact the police. If you have an issue with a local business please take it up with the business or review them on Yelp, Angies list, or other appropriate sites. We think that following these basic guidelines will keep the page friendly and give everyone a chance to post. Have fun, enjoy the page, and be sure to tell all your friends and comment on some of the posts so that they get shared on your timeline. If you see an event that you really like please feel free to share it on your timeline. I love to see community groups post their events and to see people ask questions about the area. If your post is deleted chances are it was because your post did not meet the guidelines or the comments on your post became controversial...We will work hard to keep this group on track and the guidelines are in place to assist us with maintaining the intent of the group.
