Congratulations to my seller, who just sold her home in Wall Township!
I met this sweet lady last fall through one of my referral partners and dear friends. She was planning to sell her longtime home and move closer to family, so together we created a strategy to have her home market-ready by spring.
As part of the preparation process, I helped guide her through the pre-sale steps, including a pre-listing home inspection. That proactive decision identified a few minor issues that she addressed before hitting the market, helping ensure a smoother transaction.
Just before professional photos were scheduled, a buyer emerged through mutual friends. Knowing how challenging today's market can be for buyers, my seller chose to pursue an off-market sale.
