SELLERS TIP:
Declutter.
Let me repeat that, declutter!

It helps so much during the selling process. It’s more appealing for photos, opens the space up more, and it helps people envision themselves in the space easier!

You want people to walk in and be able to dream of what this space could be for them ✨

Simply tuck away extra decor, mail, and all the other life things that we all know can so easily pile up!

With the changing seasons, comes different home tasks!

Here is a quick little list of home maintenance that should be done around this time of year to love on your home:
To keep it less overwhelming, choose one or two tasks each week to accomplish!

+Clean out the gutters
+Power wash porches and driveway.
+Reseed your lawn.
+Clean windows on the exterior
+Inspect sprinklers and set the timer back up
+Service all your yard equipment
+Inspect your AC unit it, clean away branches and dirt

A roof is a roof, friends.
Whether you are in your dream home, your in-between home, or a rental, its a roof over your head that is your home.

Your home is what you make it and how you view it. Yes we all have these goals of where we would like to be, but sometimes we have to take a step back and be thankful for where we are currently at.

What is something you love about the space you are currently in?

For me, its my neighbors! We have the best little neighborhood ever!

Let’s talk home equity.

What is it? Home equity is the difference from the bank assessed value of your home and what you still currently owe on your mortgage. It will stay consistent with home prices, ie. as the price of homes go up, so does your equity!

Home equity can be such a valuable asset, as it can be used in a multitude of ways. Whether to make a profit off of selling your home or to make home improvements.
