If you have ever fostered dogs, you know the ultimate occupational hazard is the "foster fail."

That is exactly how Kevin and I ended up with our two sister pups, Gabby and Philly! They came for a temporary stay years ago and simply never left. When I am working with buyers, I know that our four-legged family members are a massive part of the moving equation.
