Your Monthly Real Estate Market Update 🏠

With rising interest rates the buyer pool is shrinking.

With rising interest rates the seller pool is shrinking.

Even though we are STILL experiencing low inventory with 3.9 Months of Inventory, prices are staying pretty level here .

Comparing this April to April of 2022, the Median Sales Price has only dropped 1% YoY.

Going into the hot season for Real Estate transactions, we could end up having good summer!

Availability and Cost of Suitable Land.

In suburban and sparsely populated areas, there is no shortage of available land. However, there could be problems with proper access and existing utility service. In some areas, zoning regulations restrict sites with requirements of site-built construction. In rural areas, limited access and site preparation makes modular housing difficult or even cost-prohibitive. Although, the need for alternative housing, improvements in modular housing, and the cleverness of modern design, some previous restrictions have eased or been eliminated.
