🏡 CLOSED | 23 Grist Mill Road 🎉

Another closing in the books — and this one is especially meaningful. ❤️

A huge congratulations and thank you to my wonderful sellers for being so patient, flexible, and trusting throughout this entire process. The market had shifted a bit in early summer, and we were even contemplating taking the home off the market for a little while. Then, just in the nick of time, my fellow BHGRE agent Cathie Taylor brought her out-of-state buyers through the door — and the rest is history! 🙌

What makes this closing even more special is that we successfully closed both the sale of my clients’ home and the purchase of their new home with no issues. A huge thank you to for helping make both transactions go so smoothly. It truly takes a great team to make these moves happen!

It was such a pleasure working with everyone involved, but most of all, my amazing clients. After more than 15 years in Monroe, I know saying goodbye to this special little town won’t be easy. But you’re taking something even more important with you — 15+ years of memories, friendships, milestones, and moments that will always be part of your story. ❤️
