I’ll never forget looking back almost six years ago when two of my best friends bought this house. It wasn’t their first home, and it was the first time I represented two friends in the purchase of a new home. But I’ll never forget watching their first born run around the empty house and thinking to myself I can’t wait to see what this next crazy chapter looks like for these two.

And it didn’t disappoint - not by a long shot.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of watching from the sidelines as they poured their hearts into every square inch of this home. I’ve been a witness to two people building a remarkable life and an incredible, loving family.

I won’t lie—this journey from contract to close wasn't all sunshine. We hit some real speed bumps and navigated a difficult process to get this one across the finish line. But getting to fight for my friends makes the win that much more rewarding.

To two of the most selfless, and hardworking people I know: thank you for trusting me with your history and your future. I’m humbled to be a part of your journey, and can not be more excited to see what this next chapter has in store for the two of you.

🤝Just Closed🏡

This one hits a little different. For a while, it felt like the floor was falling out on this deal. Working through something this volatile, amidst a wave of uncertainty, it can be tough to be an anchor for a client when the waves start crashing. But that's exactly what you have to do, and believe me the waves were massive on this one.

Stressful, sure? But at the end of the day, knowing that someone trusts you with this much responsibility, means putting your stress aside, staying three steps ahead, and keeping the chaos away from others to keep the calm as best you can. It took a lot of late nights, a lot of back and forth, and yes, even the occasional Advil. But I could not be happier with how this turned out for everyone involved.

I'd be remiss if I didn't share a huge shout out to Cody Shea over at CMG Home Loans and Amber Blake over at Stacy Blake Realty for their thoughtful patience and collaboration in keeping the ship upright during the toughest hours. To the new owners: I hope you fill every square inch of that house with incredible memories.
