Associate Broker reportedly under investigation after a growing number of buyers and sellers came forward with eerily similar complaints. 👀

Sources say concerns began after clients noticed unusual behavior throughout the transaction process.

Allegations reportedly include:

📱 responding to texts and contract questions at alarming speeds
📂 somehow knowing contract timelines, negotiation strategies, and loopholes without needing to “circle back later”
🏡 becoming emotionally attached to clients’ homes and future goals
🎬 turning real estate marketing into what some are calling “cinematic productions”
🔍 over-researching neighborhoods, builders, resale value, school zones, market trends, and long-term investment potential
💰 negotiating like the money is coming directly out of her own bank account
☕ checking on clients long after closing day just to make sure they’re okay
📚 sending buyers full strategy plans, educational resources, lender contacts, inspection guidance, and backup plans before they even ask
🎥 teaching other agents social media, branding, and marketing while somehow still answering client texts in real time
🛑 refusing to let clients make emotional or reckless financial decisions, even when it would make the transaction easier

One anonymous source stated:
“She treated our purchase like it was her own investment. I’ve never had an agent care that much.”

Another reported:
“I asked one simple question and received a full game plan, market breakdown, lender options, timeline, negotiation strategy, and contingency plan within the hour.”

Industry insiders say the suspect is also believed to be:

ITS OFFICIAL! I’m an Associate Broker in the state of Georgia. 🤩🙏🏻👏

There were definitely times I questioned myself, times I felt unsupported, misunderstood, discouraged, stretched thin, and honestly… exhausted, but I’ve kept going. I don’t think I know how to quit lol

I’m proud of myself for continuing to pursue growth even during difficult seasons. Proud of myself for not letting adversity convince me to stay small. Proud that this was a goal I set 3 years ago and I kept pushing until I got here.

This license represents more than real estate to me. It represents resilience, discipline, and Faith. Continuing the race, even when not everyone sees how hard you’re fighting behind the scenes.

And if there’s one thing I hope people take from my story, it’s this:
Sometimes you just need enough belief in yourself and enough faith in God, that he directs your steps, and he will never steer you wrong. I am truely so grateful and blessed 🥹 🙏🏻
