We will have a 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom, first floor apartment available approximately 15 March 2026. We do allow pets, you must have renters insurance that covers the pet. Rent is $975, Pet fees are based on type of pet. One spot off street parking is availble. Tenant pays their own Electricity, Gas and Internet. The building has access to both Charter and TDS high speed internet.
We pay for water, sewer and trash. All units in the building have similar layout and finishes as the photos below.
