Growing up on a farm in Petersburg gave me the work ethic that I've carried in all aspects of my life. My experiences vary from being a bedside nurse, a successful small business owner, investment property owner, to working for a corporation utilizing my MBA. I have a love for numbers to plan, project and track everything. When I'm not working, I go back to my roots with gardening, nature and healthy cooking. Remember a few weeks ago when I said a busy July was setting me up for a busy August? Well...August delivered! 🏡💙

Two closings for me in this round of "Just Sold," including one where I had the opportunity to represent the seller and the buyer.

A lot of hard work last month helped set August up to be a great month, and I'm thankful to see it paying off - especially for the clients who trusted me along the way!

Today was a double closing kind of day! 🏡🔑🏡
I had the privilege of helping sell the current home and purchase a new one - all in the same day!

Some closings take a few extra twists and turns, and this was definitely one of them. But today we made it to the finish line!

One of the best parts of this transaction was getting to work with my seller again. Years ago, we worked side by side as hospice nurses, where Jennifer was an amazing coworker. It was such a pleasure to help her through this chapter. Thank you for your trust, patience, and grace through the process.

I also want to give a shout out to Mary Baker, the buyer's agent. You are the kind of real estate partner every agent hopes for. Teamwork truly made the difference.

Wishing the buyers many wonderful memories as they make this house their own, and wishing my seller all the best in the next chapter. 🏡💙
