Remember a few weeks ago when I said a busy July was setting me up for a busy August? Well...August delivered! 🏡💙

Two closings for me in this round of "Just Sold," including one where I had the opportunity to represent the seller and the buyer.

A lot of hard work last month helped set August up to be a great month, and I'm thankful to see it paying off - especially for the clients who trusted me along the way!

I had the privilege of helping sell the current home and purchase a new one - all in the same day!

Some closings take a few extra twists and turns, and this was definitely one of them. But today we made it to the finish line!

One of the best parts of this transaction was getting to work with my seller again. Years ago, we worked side by side as hospice nurses, where Jennifer was an amazing coworker. It was such a pleasure to help her through this chapter. Thank you for your trust, patience, and grace through the process.

I also want to give a shout out to Mary Baker, the buyer's agent. You are the kind of real estate partner every agent hopes for. Teamwork truly made the difference.

I was honored to be recognized as Listing Agent of the Month, and Top Sales Agent of the Week. I also celebrated 2 closings and wrapped up the month with 4 properties pending, setting the stage for a busy August.

My seller signed remotely earlier this week, so I didn't get our traditional closing photo. After handling the closing, Kendan stopped by the office and filled in.
