Three years. Three contracts. Countless prayers. And today…HOMEOWNER. 🏡✨

When Joeyiesha Davis first came to me as a referral three years ago, we were so close to closing on her first home before unexpected title issues stopped everything. The second home? Another long six-month journey that also ended with title problems and disappointment.

But what I love about her story is that she never gave up.

Year after year she stayed ready. She kept her finances intact, protected her credit, handled every task quickly, and remained one of the easiest and most consistent clients I’ve ever worked with. Every document I sent would come back signed before I could blink. 😂

And now in year three, God showed out in a BIG way.

Today she closed on an absolutely immaculate home for her and her family, and nobody deserves it more. What was delayed was not denied. This moment carries the weight of perseverance, patience, and favor.

✨From the moment I handed her the keys to 438 Paige Circle in Sterlington… to standing beside her at the closing table today — this one means more than a transaction.

Life took her on a journey she didn’t expect, with twists that could’ve easily made this moment feel out of reach. But today? A weight was lifted.
She once stepped into this home with hope… and today she walked away with strength, growth, and a new chapter ahead.

The full-circle moments will always be my favorite — when I get to help someone buy and sell, and witness everything in between.
I don’t think she believed this day would come… but it did. And she made it through🎉

Closing Day for My Girl! 🏡✨

Today we closed on her second home sale, and I couldn’t be more excited for her! Number three is already in the works, and it’s amazing to watch things keep moving forward.
