A few of my Community Association Vendors are letting me down lately.. I am searching for the following vendors to service subdivisions, working for the HOA (I am the community manager, you will work directly with me)

You must be properly insured, and updated W9.

- Pet waste station / monthly service

- Landscape company that can work with Declarants (the builder) for good prices while in the building stage. Some are just amenity, common grounds, some are townhome lawns, etc. They all vary. You would have the annual contract for all 11 subdivisions if price and quality of work beat what I have.
