Whenever possible, arrive before your client and take a moment to familiarize yourself with the property, including the entrances and exits. Consider using a panic button or REALTOR®-focused safety app, and always be mindful of where you’re standing so you can easily access an exit if needed.

Your safety should never be an afterthought.
September is REALTOR® Safety Month, and we’re hosting a practical safety class designed to help you feel more aware, prepared, and confident while working in the field.

We’ll cover everything from meeting unknown clients and showing vacant homes to open house safety, recognizing red flags, safe positioning inside a property, and exit strategies when something just doesn’t feel right.

Join us on Monday, September 14 from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM at Indian Trail Town Hall.
