Mark your calendar — Hot Properties & Hot Chili is coming October 22! 🔥🌶️

Women’s Council of Realtors® Monroe-Wayne is bringing together good food, great people, networking, community, and home safety education for one fun fall evening at Newport Fireman’s Park.

Doors open at 5 PM for the chili cook-off, and Captain Mike Crandall, a 27-year veteran of the Hamtramck Fire Station, will speak at 6 PM about fire and radon safety in the home.

Join Women’s Council of Realtors® Monroe-Wayne on October 22 for “Hot Properties & Hot Chili: A Blazing Good Time for Fire Prevention Month!”

We’re bringing together good food, great people, and an important message about fire and radon safety in the home — all in one fun community event.

Doors open at 5 PM for the chili cook-off, and our guest speaker, Captain Mike Crandall, will begin promptly at 6 PM. Mike is a 27-year veteran of the Hamtramck Fire Station and will be talking about fire and radon safety in the home in recognition of October’s Fire Prevention Month.

✨ Join us this Thursday for FREE CE + 2027 Board Elections! ✨

Women’s Council of Realtors® Monroe-Wayne is excited to welcome members and future members to our FREE Web Presence CE on Thursday, August 27 from 10 AM–12 PM at The Underground Event Center in Flat Rock.

This course is designed to help REALTORS® improve what people find when they search for them online, with a focus on digital marketing, building online presence, and finding leads online.

We will also be holding our 2027 Board Elections, and we are excited to introduce our current candidates:

Join Women’s Council of Realtors® Monroe-Wayne for a FREE CE event for REALTORS® on Thursday, August 27, 2026 from 10 AM–12 PM at The Underground Event Center in Flat Rock.

We’ll be offering a Web Presence CE course designed to help agents improve what people find when they search for them online — because yes, your digital first impression matters.

After careful consideration, Women’s Council of Realtors® Monroe-Wayne has made the difficult decision to cancel our **Christmas in July Gala** scheduled for July 23 due to low ticket sales.

We appreciate everyone who supported, shared, and showed interest in the event.
