Warning: people can suck!

As I was showing my client a home today — there happened to be a gentleman interested in the same home! After we were done, I went back to introduce myself to the guy and checked in to see if he needed any help. Well he continues to inform me that he is looking at renting it. I had to burst his bubble and let him know what he is involved in is a scam!

He thought he was speaking with the owner after he located the rental ad on Facebook! The scammer claimed to have listed the house for sale, but after awhile decided to switch to renting and was ready to take this guys deposit of $1000 and $1200 in rental fee! 😡😡

Indeed, it was all a scam and I had to let him know! Something told me to go back and check on him and I’m so glad I did! To be fair — there were also stickers around the home stating the home is not for rent. BUT…This actually happens ALL the time! If it sounds too good to be true — it’s because it’s not real. Don’t spend your hard earned money filling the pockets of these scammers! Find a realtor or broker to help you — I’m happy to help anyone, anytime!

Okay, I think I found my favorite home of the week—2428 Tarleton Twins Terrace!

It’s tucked away in Providence Plantation, which is actually the neighborhood of some of our very own BNT Realty agents. I love it over here because every home has its own personality—nothing feels cookie-cutter.

And I got a little neighborhood insider information while I was here…apparently, this is the best cul-de-sac! So, of course, I had to check it out.

But then I walked into this great room and thought, okay, I love this.

And can we talk about the piano? I can’t play a single song, but somehow this room makes me feel like I need a piano in my life. 😂

There’s just something about this house that feels warm and welcoming—and that’s why it’s my favorite this week! Message me for more info!

Sometimes you just have to make the mundane moments fun. 😂

Today’s inspiration? Sitting in I-77 traffic and writing a rap instead of letting road rage win.

✨ Girl math says skipping the toll means I magically unlocked “fun money” to spend later. Don’t question the logic… just support it. I don’t make the rules.

But in all seriousness… if you’re thinking about moving to Iredell County and commuting into Charlotte, this is one thing to consider. The Lake Norman area is beautiful, but I-77 traffic during rush hour is no joke.

Every area has its trade-offs, and my job isn’t just to help you find a house—it’s to help you find a lifestyle that actually fits your day-to-day.

Now excuse me while I finish my traffic mixtape. 🎶

Some ribbon cuttings celebrate a new building.

This one celebrates a place where hope begins.

Today, I had the privilege of celebrating the grand opening of Klaus Property LLC very first property, now home to Kimberli’s Place Foundation, Relaxology Massage, and Support Inc.

As I walked through the doors, it wasn’t just the beautiful space that stood out…it was the heart behind it. Every room represents a commitment to serving others, supporting mental wellness, and creating a community where people feel seen, valued, and cared for.

Congratulations to everyone who made this vision a reality. Thank you for allowing me to play a small part in such a meaningful milestone. I can’t wait to watch this space become a source of healing, encouragement, and hope for our community.
