Today’s closing was one I’ll never forget.

Not only was this my first commercial real estate transaction, but it was also one of the most meaningful deals I’ve had the privilege to be a part of.

I first connected with Heather through the nonprofit world and was inspired by her passion for mental health wellness and su***de prevention through Kimberli’s Place. Today, I had the honor of helping her take the next step in that mission by securing a building in Monroe that will serve as a collaborative space dedicated to mental health and wellness.

This new location will bring together multiple service providers under one roof, creating a holistic approach to care and support for individuals and families in our community.

Real estate is about more than buildings—it’s about helping people bring their vision to life. I’m incredibly grateful to have played a small role in a project that will make such a lasting impact.

Congratulations, Heather and the entire Kimberli’s Place team and Klaus Property LLC. I can’t wait to see all the lives that will be touched through this space. 💙
