Job Description
Answer phones and greet walk-in customers.
Provide support to office staff.
Office supply fulfillment as needed. Check break room and office supplies daily to make sure they are stocked for staff.
Coordinate business service between agents and vendors
cleaning service, landlord coordination, office/shop improvements etc...
Assist in various ad hoc requests, errands, and projects on an as-needed basis.
Enter contracts and manage work orders for clients.
Assist with upcoming projects and track progress
Contact existing and potential clients via email,phone and text
Support current office and agent projects
Willing to set up new search criteria for buyers
Assist agents with getting data together for listings.
Prerequisites
Minimum 1 years of experience.
Must be proficient in Microsoft office and Google docs
Please provide 3 references.
Experience with handling multiple task
Willing to get a Real Estate licsence within 6 months
Willing to drive to multiple locations
Pay will be determined with experience. If driving over 3 miles from office location, will pay .30 cents per mile.
