Before you let yourself fall head over heels for that “perfect” house... let’s talk red flags. 🚩

🚩 Cracks in the walls | hairline is normal, but bigger cracks (especially near doors/windows) can point to foundation issues

🚩 Roof and siding | missing shingles, sagging spots, or damaged siding = repairs you’ll be paying for real soon

🚩 The AC unit | an old or failing unit is an easy thing to overlook until you’re sweating it out (literally) in July

Don’t worry, I want my clients to be as educated as possible before they fall in love with four walls and a roof. I’ll always tell you the truth, even when it’s not what you want to hear. I gotcha. 👏
