First market report of the year! ✨
Jan 2023 showed a decrease in New, Pending and Closing sales which is contributing to an increase of available homes we have on the market (2.2 months of supply of inventory) with homes still getting 98.6% of their asking price. The rise in interest rates cause be a culprit for the decrease of sales but the market is still moving!
