If you’re advertising on Zillow, you’re funding the competition, as Zillow has recently begun selling homes & now they're competing in the rental market.
For many agents who endure the tedium of property management, they are often rewarded as their renters often become buyers so Zillow's entry into the rental market will cost agents future real estate commissions as well.

The online real estate giant rolled out new online tools allowing renters to apply for multiple rentals with one application that includes a background check & eviction history thru Checkr and credit reports through Experian.

Zillow says once its roll out is done, renters are able to search for homes, schedule tours, apply, sign a lease & pay rent all from within Zillow itself.

The new functions allow renters to choose a payment type (debit or credit) which works best for them & allows renters to set up automatic payments.

Zillow then passes funds directly along to the property manager or owner.

According to Zillow, there are 35 million renters visiting Zillow’s rental sites each month, & typically file 3 applications with an avg. cost of $40 each.

Zillow's new platform allows renters to pay a flat fee of $29 for an all-encompassing application, they then send to as many properties as they wish in during a 30-day period.

These new products are part of the company's effort to build an end-to-end solution that allows renters to complete the entire transaction using Zillow

If your driver's License is coming up for renewal you need to go to the DMV( don't renew by Mail) and get THE REAL ID, If you don't you will not be able to get on a domestic flight or buy a gun in California. It goes into effect in 2020 so if you don't do it now you will have to get another license. It will cost you!!! FAQ
