My clients, who happen to be 2 of my best friends called me up on a Friday and told me to go get them their dream property. Half an acre of bliss for their kids and dogs with a solid school district. “Challenge accepted” I said. It can be kinda stressful going for a highly sought after property as such. We kept our heads down, and handled it as a team. We closed yesterday and now the real work begins for them to make it their own.
