Only a 5 minute drive to the Milford Oval, and the Souhegan Valley's cultural hub. The view and privacy from the redwood hot tub on the large mahogany deck is astounding. You're surrounded by breathtaking gardens and nature. The 30 x 38 4 car HEATED garage is extra wide and deep with stairs leading to a 750SqFt office with heat and central AC. Storage for up to 350 bales of hay occupies another 33% of the second floor space with a trap door hay chute to the barn aisle below. A Large deck off the back of the hay loft makes loading deliveries a smooth process. Off the Garage is a 30 x 20 shed roof addition with a 10 x 30 aisle with cross-ties and a feed area. Sometimes your need to pay attention to signs. This little guy almost always looks directly at our house from the top of the Barn. Those gold leaf eyes glowing at you.

But when we accepted a contract to sell the house - for two weeks the eyes were turned away every time I looked up. Deal fell thru, we're back on the market, even having second thoughts!

The little guy approves. He's been bright-eyed ever since. But I don't believe in any of that stuff.

Finally. Stressed from ice storms and a late freeze, our Pear didn't flower for two years. This year it's stunning. In a few days it should be buzzing loud with bees and then it will drop it's petals - looking like fresh snow on the lawn.
