FOUR YEARS IN THE MAKING. ❤️🏡

Some closings are transactions. And then there are the ones that become part of your heart.

This one was four years in the making.

My clients had one very special goal: to find a home that would put them perfectly situated between their children. We searched, we waited, we looked some more… and then we found the one.

Except… it wasn't that easy.

We were the backup offer. And when you think about everything that had to happen for them to eventually get those keys, it really does feel like this home was meant to be theirs. There were hurdles, obstacles, twists, turns, and more than a few moments when we wondered if we'd ever make it to the closing table.

But we kept going - and finally made it!
