Feeling grateful for the opportunity and super excited for my clients!
They reached out after a fire forced them to move out of their previous apartment and they needed to find a place for the family (+ the 🐶). We navigated around tight timelines and put in lots of hard work but they now have a place to call home!

Who's ready to dig into some Pi today? 🤔🥧 Whether you're a math enthusiast or a pie lover (or both!), today is the perfect excuse to indulge in some deliciousness. And what better way to celebrate than with my favorite warm apple pie?! 😋🍎
Here’s the recipe- lmk if you try it 👩‍🍳
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
APPLE FILLING:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
dash ground cinnamon
8 medium granny smith apples, thinly sliced
1 9-inch deep-dish pre-baked pastry pie shell
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
CRUMBLE TOPPING:
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine, room temperature
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon. Mix well. Toss with the sliced apples until evenly coated. Pour apple mixture into pie crust.
Prepare the crumble topping. Mix flour, sugar, brown sugar, and margarine with a fork till crumbly. Sprinkle liberally over the apples.
Bake until brown and bubbly, about 1 hour. Slice into ten slices and serve warm, topped with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
Enjoy!
