NAIOPP put together yet another great I.CON East conference this year, chock full of insightful discussions and enjoyable company. Crow Holdings Development’s Clark Machemer joined Gregory Boler Jr. of KMT Partners LLC and Emily H. Cannon of Dogwood Industrial Properties for an East Coast Industrial panel moderated by JLL Vice Chairman Leslie Lanne. “It’s not easy, but the folks in this room are all problem solvers,” Machemer said. “And we’ll find ways to get through the issues that we encounter, be it regulatory issues, market changing issues, rents up, rents down, rates up or down.”
