Sometimes your service doesn’t just stop with with finding a home. Today I was able to help my client and also now new friend finish up moving. We found a place in under 30 days but near the end of her move her daughter became ill. Myself and 2 of my children got together and were able get things done. I know I’ll be sore tomorrow…but hey!!! Her’s came in extremely lower than the asking price. I prepared a well put together appeal and was ready to go! She said Shakira I wanna see if we can work this. Welcome to NJ! Congratulations to my client and her daughter on their home purchase! I usually don’t close in jeans but it was that kind of day. We made the almost impossible, possible! We crossed so many hurdles to get to the finish line but we made it and literally closed at the end of the rope. It was either today or no day!! At the end the sellers realtor came through with the final documents in hand. Thank you!
