JUST SOLD IN K**B HILL, MANALAPAN ✨ 11 Turnberry Drive is finally closed! Patience was key with this sale, as we had many showings, great Open House attendance, and, yes - multiple low-ball offers. My client was incredibly motivated to sell, but she kept her eye on the prize and was rewarded.

Suddenly, the week before Thanksgiving, we received multiple offers from highly competitive buyers and ultimately settled on a sale price of $790,000.

This sale may have taken a bit longer and had various hiccups along the way (up until closing), but I know that for my client, this is a wonderful start to 2026. On to the next!

JANUARY 2025 DATA IS IN 📈🔑 I've analyzed the recently released January 2025 market updates for Monmouth + Ocean. THE GOOD NEWS: Overall, home prices (and your equity) continue to rise, while inventory remains low. Most sellers are receiving close to their full asking price, but the market seems to be stuck around 46 DOM. ✨✨This tells me that a segment of sellers is pricing too high when entering the market, requiring a price adjustment to gain competitive buyers✨✨
