She is currently working towards a designation as a Certified International Property Specialist to assist foreign clients with their real estate needs. Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina hailed as one of the most hospitable cities in the US, Monique has lived in Northern New Jersey since 1998 and has more recently to Maplewood which her family has decided to call home. She attributes her ease with clients to her roots as well as her education at Cornell University and her degree in Human Development and Family Studies which exposed her to a variety of different backgrounds. Her interests include referral marketing through BNI, traveling to warm destinations and rooting for the Carolina Panthers and the NJ Devils.
