Just closed on this fully renovated Nutley home with super special, long term buyer clients! We had been looking for a while before this beauty came along. It ticked ALL of their boxes! I am going to miss spending my weekends with them - the only consolation being I know they have years of happy living ahead of them. A total pleasure with on the other side. This is my WHY ❤️

Just finished the prep for tomorrow’s showings! Given that buyers in this market usually only see a property one time before making an offer, I want to make the most of our time there. I send any property documents - like a sellers’ disclosure- ahead of our visit for review by the clients. I also print them out and review and highlight important items. We maximize our opportunity to really see each home armed with as much info as possible! We discuss the disclosure as we walk through in person. The best buyers are informed and confident.

When putting your house on the market, it’s important to help your home stand out to potential buyers. So before listing, touch up the paint throughout your house and make sure that your front door doesn’t stick when you open it. These and other minor improvements will help your home make a great first impression on homebuyers. As always, the experienced advice of a professional real estate agent will be your best strategy BEFORE you tackle that list. We can tell you where to spend money ahead of listing and where NOT to based on our knowledge of the current buyer pool. Reach out today to start that conversation 973-760-8550

Happy March! Nature's reawakening is around the corner (!) and it's color palette can be such an inspiration for our homes. Some of spring's darker hues - deep pansy purple, vibrant forsythia yellow, and warm iris blue can be incorporated into our early spring style as we transition out of the chill of winter.
