Thoughts on buying a second home after the mortgage interest deduction change... Some reasons you buy a second home: for your children, to help out family members that do not qualify to buy their own property, as an investment , to sell for more than you paid for it in the future, etc. These reasons have not changed simply because of a tax change ✔️
