Services we provide:

From finding a tenant, to collecting rent, managing expenses, and handling maintenance requests, we can take the hassle out of property management for you. Bill Paying:

Providing we receive enough rent to cover the expense, we can pay all bills for maintenance and repairs in addition to mortgage payments, property tax, sewer fees or any other recurring monthly expenses connected with the property. Monthly Reports:
Each month you will receive a report showing how much rent was collected and what and to whom any money was dispersed. With your report you will receive a check for the amount of your net monthly income. Competency:
We are members of The California Apartment Association, so we keep up-to-date on the legal aspects of tenant-landlord relations which avoids many problems. We monitor rents carefully and make increases according to the policies set by Monterey County cities to make sure you are getting market rent without violating guidelines. We will inspect your property to make sure you have the proper locks, deadbolts, and smoke alarms. We also do move-in, move-out, quarterly exterior, and annual interior inspections of your property to assure that it is being maintained by the tenants.
