💻 First, this built-in tech center desk. Super clean, functional, great work spot or homework study station. BUT — it’s permanent, so in a smaller space it can limit flexibility.

🍷 Now the wine fridge. Look, it’s a nice touch — but it’s totally buyer dependent. Wine lovers? They’ll love it. Everyone else? Probably not moving the needle.
