My amazing clients just closed on their future healthy home — a big step forward on their healing journey!

I'm super excited that another client of mine has had their offer ACCEPTED, and we are officially under contract for this stunning home in Spring, Texas! Two contracts in one week in escrow! BLESSED beyond measure! This neighborhood is *my kind of dreamy* with mature trees, beautiful lots, and of course, nice amenities, too!

This home hit the market and hit my radar at the same time. I immediately knew this fit the bill for my sweet client and had everything she was hoping for, and it's perfect for hubby and kiddos, too! We toured the same day and had our offer accepted within 24 hours!

This home has the space this family needs, with room to grow, including a back porch that I am very envious of, lol! Always hunting for a healthy home, hunting for possibilities, hunting for what a client really needs AND wants! We've got nice roof lines, tile flooring, and lots of nice updates that will make converting this home into their ultimate healthy spot completely possible! It's been a BUSY week for offers! This is contract one of two for my Texas clients this week! God is so good, and my client looks so cute in this home!

This cutie house is perfect when you're looking for a healthy home to make your own! It's got a super simple roof line, no crazy artsy stuff happening here, and IT'S GORGEOUS AS IS!!! Simple is best when it comes to your roof line!

Next, it's a smaller footprint, so it's easier to maintain, and taking care of the mechanicals will be much easier. This home recently had a total HVAC replacement (four years ago), so fingers and toes crossed we have a decent HVAC inspection and don't need to make major changes!

When helping my moldie clients/friends from the CIRS community look for healthier housing, we pay careful attention to building design, of course budget, and look for the easiest home to transform or maintain, and this right here fits the bill PERFECTLY! We also spend time in the home and pay attention to symptoms potentially flaring, how the client feels in the home, and overall air quality. We check the home as thoroughly as possible. So far, this one is winner, winner, chicken dinner!

This home had a total kitchen makeover, bathrooms redone, and more, in 2021, so we have had sufficient time for the home to *show* its true colors to our three inspectors and we are excited to get that feedback over the next ten days. Godwilling, this option period turns to straight PENDING, and we can take this baby to closing at the end of June!

So thrilled to have my buyer clients under contract on this GORGEOUS 1-acre property in Montgomery County, Texas. They will have plenty of room for a shop, large garden(s), and even horses if they desired! This home was not on the market long before multiple offers came in, so my clients are OVER the moon right now! I think if they get chickens that maybe they should name one after me. Maybe? Ha.
