That’s my favorite four letter word… And I’d like to say congratulations to my sellers and thank you so much for trusting me with helping you to sell your family home. UNDER CONTRACT! Congratulations to my buyers, who just contracted on this beautiful new construction home that will be completed in November. We negotiated with the Builder's Sales Rep for a couple of weeks, had A LOT of back and forth going on, BUT...once they agreed to give my clients EVERYTHING we were asking for, we moved forward.
If you are looking to buy new construction, you don't have to hire me, but hire someone--PLEASE TAKE a Licensed REALTOR with you if you are going to speak to a new construction salesperson. No disrespect to anyone, but YOUR agent works for YOU, not the builder, and we can negotiate thousands of dollars in your favor. It's a buyer's market, so a good agent can put you in the driving seat and save you a lot of $$$ that you would be charged without having an agent to work for you and your best interests. No farther north than 1488, no further south than the Champions area.
