I’ve heard it before. Too many times.

But blessings in this career?
They usually require more time. 🕰️
More creativity.
More strategy.
More thinking outside the box.

This isn’t the turn-and-burn market we experienced 3–5 years ago.

I’ve always been drawn to how a home works.
How it can be better, more efficient, and more functional for the people living in it.

Since I was a little girl, I have bought graph paper and sketched ways to rework a space; how a smaller footprint could still serve a growing family.

Home looks different for everyone.
For some, it’s where they’ll spend decades.
For others, it’s a stop along the way… a chapter shaped by a job transfer or a season of life.

Either way, my goal is the same: for people to feel the safety, comfort, and peace that a home should give.

Add: I did a follow up to this on my story - the agent did give me approval to turn the gas on and test the fireplace. My client didn’t opt for a re-inspection due to it being an “as is” purchase. I was simply proving to them that some of the elements that were “faulty” were in fact not broken or a simply fix!
