Congratulations to Monnie Wills on closing 944 E Fairview! Monnie got multiple offers on the property and was able to get the seller $10,600 over list price.
This home's owner had moved away from Montgomery, and the property had not been well maintained, due to distance. Monnie was able to work with the owner to get cleaned up, it listed, and sold.
The property is going to a local owner who can provide it with the love it deserves. It's a great house, within walking distance of El Rey and the Capri Movie theater.
