Say hello to Valanica, our Assistant Manager at Vaughn Lakes Apartments. Valanica has been a valued member of the Vaughn Lakes team for over 10 years, bringing warmth, dedication, and a welcoming smile to everything she does. She spent seven years as a Leasing Consultant before being promoted to Assistant Manager in 2022, a role in which she continues to shine.

With a degree in Political Science from Troy University, Valanica combines professionalism with a genuine passion for helping others. Whether you're a brand-new resident or have called Vaughn Lakes home for years, she’s always ready to support and serve our community with care.

Fun fact: Valanica loves spending time with her kids and gives back by volunteering with local nonprofit organizations whenever possible.

Known for his skills in carpentry and his dedication to getting the job done right, LaRue is someone our residents and teammates alike rely on. Whether he's fixing something around the property or sharing a friendly smile, La Rue always goes the extra mile.

Fun Fact: When LaRue is not working, you'll likely find him on the golf course, bowling alley, or in church, a lifestyle that reflects his love for balance, faith, and fun.
